What is healing, without embracing all of who we are, the good, the bad, and the ugly. To fully embody healing, we must accept the path we are on, and recognize our limits, our hearts must remain open (as hard as that may seem) to healthy options, our souls (aware consciousness) can then have the choice to purge and cleanse, a renewal is possible with reason.
