raccoo-oo-oon is one of the strangest bands in the planet. i saw them live early in november, at lisbon, and it was a strange experience. the music was absolutely chaotical and without musicality. the guitar player/vocalist was shouting all the time in a avant-gardish sort of way. a bit dull. however, the drummer was very good.

they made the first part of acid mothers temple, one of the most famous japanese psychedelic rock bands of recent times, and the main reason for me attending the show.
