today, i'm a bit pissed off. my computer is slow and i had too much work at the office. when i left it, i still had lots of email to read. fortunately, i finished it at home but the goddamm computer was so slooow.

but some good things also: yesterday, i finally watched el topo and it was an awsome movie: truly original, violent, spiritual and surrealistic. someone said that it was a mixture between luis buuel and sergio leone, the master of western spaghetti. there was a scene i cannot remember which reminded me of luis buuel and salvador dali's un chien andalou. maybe it was because the way both jodorowsky and buuel depicted christian priests lol

another good thing: saturday, i went to lisbon to watch a rockabilly concert. you might say: rockabilly in the 2000's? yes, it was true rockabilly! not rock'n'roll mixed with punk rock, although most part of the audience had tattoes on their bodies!!! try to imagine elvis or bill haley covered with tattoos
it was a very good concert!! here are the sites of the bands:
texabilly rockets
mean devils
los volidos

(Los Volidos, from Spain)

(the mean devils, from portugal)

(flyer from texabilly rocket's 11th anniversary)
