yes, i've taken benedryl on many occasions to get some sleep. it usually doesnt happen that often, but i've been under so much stress lately that its having a huge physical effect on me. crazy how that works.

yea. i realized recently that i need to start doing things for myself to de-stress before the stress actually hits. i need to be reading more often than i am, that is definately my favorite relaxing thing to do. i am just always so amazed at how powerful your brain is. how stress effects it, and how we can give ourselves actualy physical problems.

June 1st is more of a relative date. I was planning on moving to Albuquerque because UNM is a low-priced four year university (and in-state), but I have decided to move to Rochester NY because I have a lot of family there.

I went to albuquerque the other day. It was definately worth it. There's a lot to do there, AND I can probably get a job there after I graduate. Looks like I'll be moving to albuquerque if everything goes as planned.
