I commented on an SG girl Absinthe being into atheism and communism. I don't quite think my perspective or my ideology got through here. I was merely praising the fact that she has the intellegence to exercise her freedoms as an american to think differently, or outside of the box, and I was also praising the fact that she could express herself through her actions. You see, I am a proud american, and I believe in freedom, political and religious freedom. That is what I was praising.
Now my personal beliefs are not exactly atheism and communism. Actually I have a dynamic political ideology; although it if I had to be defined by one definition, I would be a moderate social democrat. I am not a liberal, hell, I hate liberals, but I do have a democratic view. I support the death penalty, I support americans having guns, but I want to socialize healthcare and education. My personal belief is that a country needs a complex political scheme that is different/'dynamic' from the federal, state, and local levels. A good example of this would be how china is communist federally, but in hong kong they would be a republic locally. Anyway those are my political views, onto religious. Atheism is the easiest way to explain my views, although technically I would be considered agnostic because I do leave the arena open to the possibility of a higher order in the universe. I do not think the complexity of life and DNA in particular is random and there seems to be a higher intellegence at work. HOWEVER, I do deny the existance of a objectified omnipotent being. I do not believe in 'god'.
I do love to be an american. I love the freedom to have my own views, and the right to object to what I do not like with society. I respect and appreciate what troops like Trevor are doing.
