Does anyone know if I can shoot a set while preggo? Or is that a no no?

Pregnant women are beautiful and sexy all in one. I found when I was pregnant that my libido was through the roof. I would imagine a set would have that "glow" we all talk about when a woman is pregnant and could be done in a very appealing way.
