Urgh I feel you sooo much, I'm the queen of giving up ! I always start full of good intentions but always end up giving up on stuff ! I feel so stressed out all the time it's driving me crazy, I think I need to start finding some inspiration as well โ™ฅย

Yes the five second rule is something I use but in a different way. I use it in doing the things I want to achieve on a day or a moment in mind and when I feel like 'oh well also can do that tommorow or later' just grab myself up and go do it anyway. IT already helped me a lot and I keep my bigger goals also in mind! @sergiobu hope it helps you also! And @evermoon I feel you babe! The passed year was a lot of personal struggles for me, but of you are determined to achieve it go do it! Mel Robbins once said: "you are the only one who can do your personal goals, there is no one out there handing that over without you doing any effort for it."
