Reading festival, lets get the shit out the way first. Why oh why do all the Dirty Sanchez / Jackass worshipping 16 year olds have to chuck gas filled bottles on a fire RIGHT outside my tent. Its new and I have a big burn hole in it now. I wasn't burned alive though, which is nice.

8s: About 20 other bands, check out Maximo Park, The Rakes, Mando Diao and Art Brut though!!! I even saw a band in the hardcore/punk tent I liked - Rise Against.
Strangest moment, getting the mic off cult MTV / XFM presenter Eddy Temple Morris to ask Elbow a question in the Nokia Tent.
Drunkest day: Friday. On Saturday I watched the Editors flat on my back as any other position would have resulted in me spewing violently which I don't like to do in public.
Embarrassing moment: Being complimented on my Forward Russia t-shirt by the very attractive drummer from Forward Russia and not realising who she was til my friend reminded me. I nearly rescued the situation
Non-Reading news: Moving into a place of my own, 20 mins on the bus down in Gloucester, a lovely dockland apartment no bills or council tax. woohoo
Will be great to have my own space. Can only live there for 5 and a half months but it will be good. So things are looking good. And just got paid and bought 6 or 7 new albums.
