I find that on days like that it is best to mix in some alcohol, some good tunes, possibly a good book, and head off to bed. Things always seem to get better after large amounts of sleep. May tomorrow treat you kinder. 
and yeah, i definitely like roots lots and lots, but i'm in the midst of a job search and i'm trying super hard to be somewhat professional. perhaps once i get a job i can bleach my hair and grow out the roots...i love the contrast too, my hair's so damn dark naturally, and it looks neat against platinum blonde...
and who doesn't wanna learn to weld properly? it's the sexiest, raddest, sweatiest thing ever.
