Thanks for taking the time. But I gotta say, with your response, I've now gotten 4 separate expert opinions, and the only thing that anyone agrees on is that the dash gouging is unacceptable.

At this point, it's done with...I've paid, I've gotten everything fixed that seemed to need to be fixed, and we're working on the dash issue.

This car has been dealership-maintained for its entire life, because most of its life, it was technically owned by my parents so they made all the maintenance decisions.

Now that I own it, I took it to the place where I was supposed to NOT get fucked...the dealership where one of CJ's really close friends works.

So whatever. If I got fucked, so be it. Nothing I can do now.

And for next time I need something...maybe I'll look around a bit more.

Oh, trust me, after I got over the initial shock of hearing the new flight time, I checked and my previous (cancelled) flight was the last flight out to my destination.

So if I hadn't been such a lazy bastard and had scheduled an earlier flight for today, I would've been in the air before the snowstorm hit and all would have been ok.

Still no guarantee THIS flight will leave out, but I will be in the airport then and will figure SOMETHING out. This snowstorm was supposed to hit tonight so who the hell knows. I just know I have four more days off and I'm going out of town, dammit.
