Does anyone else ever realize that you have movies that you consider yourself to like when you hate the central plot but adore one or more of the supporting characters and it makes all the difference?
Case in point: Some Kind of Wonderful
a John Hughes film
I've always thought of it as a film that I like
but I HATE Keith and Amanda Jones.
and I hate the storyline.
I love Watts and Duncan.
-and I love the soundtrack.

it's old. and very slooooooooooooooooow. so you're not missing much. but the basic premise is future, illegal robots on the run, harrison ford trying to kill them. oh yea, and there's some rutger hauer in there too. and lots of white hair.
