Educational/motivational poster, WTF?

Not to be racist or sexist, but honestly white middle aged men shouldn't be in charge of making motivational or educational posters in corporate America involving other genders or races. They tend to get at least some aspect of it wrong in just the right way that causes most everyone to ignore the overall message.

For example... this all was going well until they point out they don't understand the situation by giving "Be careful about Stereotypes that women should be friendly" as example of what could be done better.... Maybe it's just me and this makes sense to others but for me it makes me face palm and wonder who reviewed this.

My overall thought is that everyone made a mistakes and the "Be careful about stereotypes that women should be friendly" should be changed to "Process feedback constructively". Emotions aside, I agree management should have assisted in keeping things on track as time and effort was spent collecting and consolidating information so all relevant data could be expressed and decision making could be well informed... From the human perspective, leader should have seen someone struggling and be a decent human being and help them succeed which ultimately benefits both parties. However, I also feel the person receiving the feedback took it far too personally and went right to blaming everyone else... there are a lot of aspects of public speaking and knowing your audience and being aware of how your being perceived and adapting to effectively convey your message is apart of it and doing this poorly could have undesired results. I have seen others and myself have issues with this regardless of how senior or junior they are.
