I'm alive, obviously. I've just been sleeping overly much.

I went for a walk down that steep hill, to the river, sat there for a bit,
until my fingers were numb, and I could no longer hold my cigarette.
I followed the railroad tracks for a bit, but I gave up soon enough,
and came back inside.
I was soaked by the end of it,
as there was a lovely combination of sleet and snow outside.
I didn't mind much, though.
I haven't seen the sun in such a long time. I'm really envious of where you are.
At least in Minneapolis, things get frigid, but the days are mostly sunny.
I've learned that's not the case here.

this is why i am glad i read blogs, for real stories that make me quiver.
I wish i could have transported all my lab equipment here to my current one. Maybe its the fact they are not taking care of the equipment right but...something has to be done. Anywho enough of that.
