so yesterday went a whole helluva lot better than i thought it was going to. im really happy about that. i was preparing for the worst with the boyfriend and the best friend. but both went surprisingly well. so there. i feel better. shiny and new.. well.. newer.
i went to look for a new pair of glasses today. looking for a 2 for 1 deal but because of my prescription (its worse than my 55 y/o dad), they quoted me $507 for 2 pairs, lenses etc.
FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVEN DOLLARS? i was looking at spending like $250... $300 max. shee-it.
so i guess the sexy rhinestones will have to wait and i'll have to get the cheapies. boooo.
anyway. im pretty freakin pumped up for this weekend. tonight even. zaphods $3 jagermeister tonight with my ladies and then guelph tomorrow night, london saturday night, welland sunday and hamilton monday. im going on tour! the lets-get-drunk-in-as-many-southern-ontario-cities-as-we-can-in-one-weekend tour. i'll have to think up a shorter name for that though. that might not fit on a t-shirt.
i picked up my grad photos today. does anyone have rats that need to be scared out of their basement? i have like 5684 pictures. seriously... what the fuck is my mother going to do with a giant picture of my head? or the other 3 jabillion pictures? the ones with the nursing cap are funny. its too bad i don't have a scanner or else i'd share the laugh with you.
blah blah. oh yes. does anyone have any tips on how to pick up chicks? my budding lesbian friend wants me to "show her the ropes" but i realized after i accepted her proposal that i don't really know either. girls usually hit on me. dammit. who's got some TIPS???

and yes my hallway mirror does really have that written on it. there's actually 2 mirrors there. one that makes you look about 400lbs bigger than you are and then the good one in front of it.
