*SG toronto gala - straight up.. wasn't as good as last year. wasn't even close. however some important people weren't there that made last years just peachy.
- regardless... tasty dinner with Cottser, my lovely Jade, lagmy and 501blue. i also got to spend some quality time with one of my favourite girls Anberlin, miss nikka, Helena and that crazy girl Sass. what a hoot. i managed to have a pretty good time at the bovine and pizza pizza despite flappy man cocknballs in the window.
- i have absolutely NO pictures from this event... which is shocking. a little sad as well. oh well.
-but i do have a few pics from staying with my friend lindsay that weekend. i miss that girl intensely.
*my barfday - stopped in shitby for an hour or so and come home with this.

she was so tiny when i got her... i started calling her Little One and haven't found a suitable name since.
-anyway that night i went and saw between the buried and me at babylon and then proceed to go next door for 80's night at barrymores. got super d-runk and got birthday kisses from a boy who lives next door.
-again... no pics from that night either... im not sure if i'd want to see them anyway.
-yikes.
*weekend home - went home the weekend after my barfday. saw my oldest friend for the first time in 5 years. she's PREGNANT. craziness.
-went to a stage and doe for a girl on my baseball team and ran into all the boys i ever loved in high school. like... people who i'd never thought i'd see again after leaving high school. what a fuckin trippy night.
- also ran into the boy who took my virginity.... and met his fiancee. at the end of the night i was talking to a few random people and he walks up to me... grabs my arm and drags me onto the dance floor. "You're my last dance" he says. THEN he proceeds to tell me how sorry he is for how he treated me, why he cheated on me, how he felt so bad because i was such a nice girl... yadda yadda yadda. all i could do was stare at him. all i could say was "why are you telling me this? i appreciate the apology if it makes you feel better but that was a million years ago. a different life. maybe i had some hard feelings at the time but clearly... i got over it."
what the fuck??? i don't get it.
WHY???? it was so long ago. why the guilt now???

* left and leaving - one of my best friends ordynarymachine left me for california. i can't even begin to say how much this person has meant to me over the last 5 years that we've been friends. i consider him a brother and a part of my family. not many people will hold your hair back while you're at your worst. aww.. missyoupoopy.
* summerheroes - my friend kevin and the band he manages summerhero came up for a skate demo with friendly kids. out at the bar it was me and 10 dudes. awesome. such a good weekend. tons of booze, laughs and good times at the esd.
ahhh... since then all i've been doing is working, hanging out enjoying the amazing weather and drinking waaaay too much. i suppose thats what summer's all about though.
we found an awesome spot about a half hour into quebec... swimming and jumping into the river off a bridge.
hmm... hard to see but thats me in the red bathing suit on the right.
this was a HUUUGE thing for me because im really afraid of jumping from heights. i've done it a few times now and its incredible. its only about 30 feet into the river but when you get up there it looks pretty fuckin high.
anyhooters...
last but definitely not least... i had a random suprise visit from a friend i haven't seen in almost a year.
wasted a good king sized bed at the chateau laurier too.
oh well.
he still takes some of the best photos i've ever seen.
