Kaboom!

Last Thursday NotoriousDUG, Scarekrow, and I went to smuggle some explosives. We all bundled into my car and headed for Indiana to stock up on fireworks. Here's my haul:





If I had seen a 20,000 square foot fireworks outlet when I was eleven years old I'd have probably had an aneurysm. As it was, I dropped $150 and probably could have spent another 20 or 40 bucks. I wish I had brought the camera for that, but really should have brought a pencil and paper to write down some of the hilarious names for some of the products. Some of the more memorable names:

*One Bad Mother-In-Law
*Ya Damn Fool
*The Big O (artwork included a topless girl)
*Soul Assassin
*The Return of E.T. (one of numerous examples of copyright infringement, the most curious of which was a Lizzie McGuire-themed firework. Y'know, just in case a ten-year-old girl has $30 to spend on fireworks)
*Crazy Exciting On Steroids
*These Colors Don't Run (Neo-fascist patriotism remains a big seller for the 4th)

And so on. Those who want to see the action, I'll be making appearances at two SGC parties on the Fourth.
