So I'm on the hook to create a CD with 12 songs of my choice for the CD exchange party on Friday. I could have begged off last week but I wanted to force myself to contribute. And now I've got a 'theme' for my disc, but not all twelve songs to fill it out. I'm up to seven, which constitutes progress from yesterday, but this is going to require more time and effort than I had anticipated. (Note: I have a second idea kicking around in my head if I can't get the first one to work, but it's sort of a cop-out.) I feel like I'm back in college, cramming to finish a project at the last minute. This one's coming down to the wire....
