Another weekend. No absinthe, but as much beer with brettanomyces yeast as possible. And some truly dreadful bottled hefeweizen. No major breweries in the States doing a good wheat beer these days. I require Paulaner or Franziskaner posthaste. Only 'cause I may find them bottled over here...
