sup here's a quick run down of the weekend

fri i took drusylla to her first first fri

which is the art walk thing here in phoenix

it was lamer then usual as the dumb ass cops ran off all the st. vendors so there were consequently less people

basically now you have to have a permit to sell shit because the city thinks it's losing money because 12 nights out of the entire fucking year ppl try to sell there artwork outside in abandoned lots that nobodies fucking in anyways
the amount of money the city loses because of taxless sales in these lots pales in comparison to the loss
that the actual art galleries lose from sales because there's less ppl milling around
idk it seems pretty obvious but what ever

anywho we saw roethke and doolittle's o face and um purrgatori too

sat. i went to free comic day and was out in the sun for 4 hours and another 2 hours inside...

the chance to get a hella lot of comics signed

and yeah leifeld and valentino were there too but im not big fans of their work

still it was worth it for the other sigs

sat night i watched 40 yr old virgin again

and sun i played a magic draft of the new set lost because of poor playing but at least i got some
kinda cool rares and it was only 10 bucks which is cheep for a draft
