Not that I agree with it...but that's not necessarily a conservative policy. It gives the freedom to choose, whic is more of a liberal ideal. Saying they unilaterally would not dispense it would be a conservative policy.
I do disagree with the fact that a pharmacist could choose whether or not they can give a customer their prescription. Letting pharmacists choose between who they give it to and who they don't shouldn't be legal. The pharmacist should be able to choose whether or not to dispense it, but it should not be on a case by case basis.

Oh hun, I'm sorry. That shits scary as hell, I went through quite a few episodes of... they thought I had breast cancer, then they thought I had cervical cancer.. all before I turned 18, and it terrified me. Luckily, I didn't have either. Everything will turn out fine for you too, I'm sure.
