So recently I have been feeling pretty discouraged. I feel disgusting in my own body. I have gained roughly 20 pounds since May, and I feel like nothing fits right and just down right gross. I have two jeans that fit me right, and they are snug. I think I'm going to start Yoga here shortly. I heard it's a stress reliever and hopefully I can tone back up and become flexible again. I'm stressed about school. I'm excited for it to start but I'm nervous about how things are going to go. I have been feeling kind of worthless lately, I need to get my life organized. I'm tired of making mistakes and ruining the best things I have.

I'm sure everything will work out. I can't loose weight no matter how much I try. I just know I'm never going to have a flat stomach...lol.
