Some f-n' jerks keep messing with the breaker boxes outside of my condo building. This is the second time in two weeks they have gotten through locks on the boxes and turned off power in the entire building. It makes me feel angry and vulnerable. I really don't know what to do at this point except file a police report, which I am going to do tonight. The police are on their way. I guess I am also a little more on edge because it is so GD cold here I can't believe it. There are only a few days I have the "Why the hell do I live here?" thought and this is really one of them. Poo on everything.
