I have had a good day....a very good day, indeed.
At 7:00 I went and saw Battleship Potemkin at the local museum. It was super fucking cool seeing it on the big screen. To add to the coolness the guy who was in charge of showing the film switched over to the WVU/Louisville game up until the start time of the movie. So, I got to watch most of the OT on a huge movie screen.
After that movie ended I went home for an hour and watched some of the Illinois/Arizona game. Then it was off to The Little Theater for a 9:30 showing of Bad Education....wow was that fucking good. I figured it would be decent, but it was fucking amazing.
Earlier in the day I watched A Letter to Three Wives with the commentary track. And I watched Life of Brian, I figure with it being Easter weekend and all it's fairly appropriate.
While watching Life of Brian I drafted another fantasy baseball team. It kicks ass. Not nearly as good of starting pitching as the two SG teams I have, but still pretty good. And the offense is probably much better.....including an 8th round steal when I drafted Barry Bonds.
Tomorrow I work from 11:30a-5p (or as late as I can stay) and then I don't have anything to do for the next thirteen days unless I manage to find a new job sometime during that time.

yes, i think that may make him crazy. who has the strength for a big run after like 9 hours of rocky???

It's like picking the yankees at the start of the baseball season. They won't win it every year, but it's the safest bet. They were a #1 seed. They were weak, but it they did make it to the elite 8. Better than 'Cuse did, better than Wake. But it does suck for me, cuz they are my team.
