I got the two Dead Milkmen cd's that I had ordered. They had said it would take a week and it only took two days, so that kicks ass.
Last night I watched Love and Death...I think I have a new favorite Woody Allen movie. I still love Annie Hall and Zelig, but I think they've dropped to #2 and #3.
Today I had the day off from work. So, I had a samurai triple feature....I watched Rashomon, Yojimbo, and Sanjuro. Good stuff, eh. Now I am watching High Plains Drifter, not a samurai film, but really, what's the big difference between samurai films and westerns? I mean, one uses swords and one uses guns and the setting is different, but the plots are usually pretty similar.
The plans are all but finalized for my trip to Chicago next weekend. I'm gonna leave next Saturday morning and come back on Monday. I'll be staying with my former dormmate and his wife. We're going to hang out and catch a couple of Kubrick films at the local theatre. Should be a great time....

Love and Death is great. People don't talk a lot about it, but it's like being in a room filled with laughing gas.
