I'm so fucking bored. I have today off; I need to do a ton of things though. I've been putting off laundry for way too long, I need to do my dishes, clean my apartment, buy groceries.....all sorts of fun stuff. Plus I would like to get through 100 pages or so of Aquinas today.
And I am fucking annoyed because Buffy is a rerun tonight. Granted, the show has been pissing me off lately because this season sucks and I am at the point where I just can't wait for the series to be over, but come on, I still want to see a new episode. In lieu of that I would at least like to see a rerun of an old episode, something from season two or three preferably.
I'm debating between throwing in some loud blaring punk rock while I clean or maybe putting in one of my tapes of The Adventures of Pete and Pete (the greatest show to have ever appeared on tv)....maybe both.
Odd that Michelle Trachtenburg (or however you spell it) ended up being in my two favorite tv shows ever. Though I have to admit she is far less annoying as Nona Mecklenberg than as Dawn. And she had Iggy Pop as her dad in Pete and Pete. Though she did have John Ritter as a potential Step-father in Buffy.....well, kinda had, since she didn't technically exist as such during the Ted episode....but she did refer back to it in the first Buffybot episode, so she does have a memory of it. And yet that memory is false and fictitous thus showing that John Locke was right. How did I go from Buffy to 18th century British philosophy?
