I'm almost finished with The Drawing of the Three. I'll start The Wastelands either tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm plowing through these more quickly than I should be, but I have always done that with his really good books. And this is no Tommyknockers....
Work was dull and tedious as per usual. I got to listen to the Michigan/Michigan St. game on the radio. I normally hate football on the radio, but I had to make an exception for today. Good game...
I went up to the coffee shop for awhile and read about 200 pages or so. Now I am home and I am about to make myself some dinner and then head over to the bar. A typical Saturday night in the land of Dave.

about the planned punt safety, brilliant, but about 20 years ago, a team, i *think* it was the chiefs, were fined by the league for laying down on the field and allowing a touchdown to get the ball back with less than 2 minutes on the clock. do i think the intentional safety will raise eyebrows with the brass?
no, but interesting nonetheless.
