Sorcha and I watched Psycho last night, she had never seen it and that is just a travesty.
The game sucked last night. My poor Marlins, but all is well....we were down 3-1 to the Cubbies and came back, 2-1 against the Yanks shouldn't be a problem.
Today I watched Poltergeist for the first time in about ten years or so...such a good movie. A friend of mine and I have a long running argument. She thinks Poltergeist is the greatest horror movie ever, I think she's insane because the best horror movie ever is clearly The Exorcist.
I also watched Dawn of the Dead. They showed the preview for the remake before the trainwreck that calls itself Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I had never seen the original, so I rented it. I think I ended up sleeping through most of it though. I wasn't liking it much and I dozed off.....oh well.
Tonight I will watch Gilmore Girls (Best show on tv right now!
). Then I will get to see a couple innings of the game. It saddens me that this could be the last start ever for Roger Clemens. He could very well be the best pitcher I have ever gotten to see pitch live. It's a toss up between Randy and Roger, though the best pitching performance I have ever witnessed live was by Schilling. Anyway, I have to tape the game.
Bowling night is tonight. I'm planning on kicking some serious ass and, you know, I just might.
I'm sad...my chair broke. I went to sit down at my computer the other day and as I sat down pieces of my chair fell to the ground. No good I say! So now I have the extra recliner in front of the computer instead but it just isn't as comfy because it is lower and I can't get it as close to my desk. Now I have to go out and get a new chair.
