I've been slacking on that whole updating thing....I'm a bad, bad person, eh.
I finished reading Pride and Prejudice.....good stuff! I liked it a lot. I also read Heart of Darkness and, despite constant Apocalypse Now clips in my head while reading, I enjoyed that too. Now I am on Oliver Twist and I am about a 100 pages in.....apparently I don't hate Dickens. I tried reading Hard Times and The Pickwick Papers awhile back and struggled to make any headway in either of them, but it turns out that I can like Dickens because I'm liking Ollie.
Not much else to report....I've just been working and slacking and finishing my shopping. I thought I was finished but then some insan-o girl was like, "Do we have to wait til Christmas? Can't we open one now?!?!" And then one become two and add to that the one we opened last week and the present stock needed to be replenished.
