at least you not in Mississippi! we have 29 degree weather a few days of the week and 70 degree weather a few days... then it rains... then its cold as shit for a day or two... then the next day folks are sitting out on their front porch in their summer clothes! you can't get more screwed up weather than in Mississippi! 
and it's not just in January, it's screwed up all year round! throw in the lovely thing you call Humidity and life just doesn't get any better!
