What makes a person negative? I mean is it an opinion on a person, or is a person actually just negative, and depressing to be around? Is it both? I'm wondering because after trying to reconcile a friendship in the middle of summer. Of course we used to get a long swimmingly until we argued, and she wanted me to temper my blunt behaviour. Leading to a dispute and her disinclination to having any conversations with me, and promptly deleting me from her Facebook. Somehow I'm a negative person, which I don't see, because I'm encouraging, I offer advice and a person to listen when a friend is not in a good mood. True, we disagreed with a lot of music taste, and movie taste, and I was very blunt about it. I do enjoy debates or arguing with poeple, unless they can't logically support their argument, then it's just a headache. Which is usually where arguments with her ended up. Why? Because she obviously disagreed with me. Now I talked to her about why she deleted me a second time, and said that I either say something perverted, or something absolutely retarded. Of course I did flirt with her, but absolutely retarded is a matter of opinion. Now the thing is when we tried to reconcile our friendship, she said don't argue with me, and don't say anything perverted. So I say a few things perverted, and then stop saying anything at all. I try talking to her again only recently, just to find out she deleted me. Aforementioned because negative + make ridiculous statements. Now the thing is most of the things we converse our opinions on things(obviously), and we end up arguing, because she disagrees with what I say. Thus she finds it negative, thus we will probably end up arguing, hence my silence. So does it make me a negative person because I don't agree with what people have to say and have my own opinion? Now I do not deny that I have negative opinions on things, however I also have positive opinions. Is a person being negative just because we don't agree with what they have to say, or is it a personality flaw? I mean granted if you're depressed, you hate your life, then I can see that as being a negative person, however I am happy with who I am. I am not perfect, only human. Thoughts?
