nonsense

had a great time in sacramento with pixxie. watched the scottish games for the first time, which were really cool. pixxie got her wedding dress. she said her mom started crying when she put it on. had to leave in the middle of the afternoon sunday to get back to l.a. at a reasonable time. it took me 6 hours to get back. pixxie is staying up in sacramento for the week since her cousin is getting married on saturday, so i'm all by my lonesome -- which just flat out sucks. i suppose it'll give me some time to make up the work that i didn't do on friday; but that's not exactly a consolation prize, now is it? on another note, i'm starting to feel the songwriting bug again. that feeling where i can't help but pick up a guitar and start recording stuff. now that's exciting since i haven't felt like that for a while. it's funny how inspiration, your creative spirit, ebbs and flows.
