holidays are a great thing. i did absolutely no work this weekend. i was a lazy bum. the suck-y thing was that christie had to work 2 nights this weekend. i just stayed in and went to bed early to catch up on all the sleep i've missed.
we bought harnesses and leashes for our cats. yes, cats. we took them outside and they walked around on the grass (ate some too) and generally sniffed around at things. mike had a fun time hanging out. mort was a little scared but started to get some courage toward the end. sure, it's a little strange. but our cats don't behave like regular cats. mike is especially outgoing, which is why he was very comfortable with it.
i haven't been pursuing any of my hobbies and i've decided that's got to stop. i can't just work all the time. so now i've got to figure out how to get back into doing things again and try to not be so tired from work so that way we can go out and do things. and, heck, even if i'm still tired, i think i want to just do them anyway. let's see if i can manage this.
