The crisis isn't over but it's currently somewhat under control thanks to some very fine advice..."mid-life crisis? Why the hell not?" It is amazing how 4 words can put something into a reasonable perspective...and make me smile. smile

Um, the attraction of gluten-free is that I'm gluten intolerant... so gluten free means I can actually eat things like pizza, and sandwiches, and cookies, and stuff that i used to love but now will make me terribly sick. That's my attraction anyway...
