Oh man, I ache all over... I did some serious exercise for the first tim in about a year yesterday and now i am feeling the pain, i can't even sit down as my arse does this spasm! 
I'm going home today, back to Devon, that beautiful county full of yokels and extreme intolerance of outsiders, should be a barrel of laughs...
AND... the day after i come back i have to move house, not again! I've helped people move 3 times in the last year or so and it's just really strenuos, should do my skinny ass some good though. I'm moving from a dead suburb of Bristol to the centre of town minutes from all the nearest gig venues, art cinemas and the best clubs and shopping. It looks like i am gonna fulfilmy dream to become an 'freelance redesiginer of the Urban Fabric' or slogan scrawler, sticker sticker and leaflet distributer, i'll start an undergrouns Suicide Girls promoting movement, much like Figh Club's Project Mayhem, just without the soap, oh and fat guys with steroid enhanced tits.

know what you mean re the exercise thing. I keep trying to get back to the gym but work keeps getting in the way... so I spent this weekend humping boxes up and down the loft ladder and I'm bruised from whacking me head or back at least a dozen times on the lowered ladder or angled roof trusses
