Holy SHIT what a week. Damn I am glad it is over! I am going to bitch for a min ( Yes my pussy hurts and I do get to bitch sometimes) Most of my unit has gone to Fort Pope for some training. Some of us had to stay here. In the last month we have gotten a platoon of new guys. The 1st Sgt had to go to FT Pope and the next highest rank guy that did not go is from the new plt. And he loves the power trip he is on and loves to micro manage. In our unit the Plt sgts all ready know what needs to be done and even me at a lower level knows what needs to be done. But this new guy who has no fucking clue and wants to be in control of everything. He alreay dosent know how to put his own people to work and give them the responsibilty that they should have. So to give them something to do they have to give us classes on bullshit instead. SO MUCH FUN! We also had a trailer get loose and roll down the motor pool and hit a conex. The good think is it hit nobody or we would be making phone calls to some faimlys to tell them how their son or husban died by run away trailer. But we didnt just damage to a conex. We only have two more weeks with this guy and all his power trip people and then things can get back to normal. Well as normal as the army can get. Sorry for the bitchen but I cant do much of it here and I had to vent.
But on the good side of things I got my tickets for the race in Texas in April! And I am drinking this weekend to I feel like I need a few. If I could only find somebody to have a few drinks with but that is a another problem I have had for most of my life and just dont care anymore about it. Hope everybody has a good weekend!
