Why is the male ego so fragile? Why is it so easily crushed when a woman is in a position of authority over them? Do they truly believe that only their mothers have the right to give them direction? I have to ask myself this everyday. Always having to deal with butt hurt boys and their bruised egos. Why the fuck can't they ever act like adults and just do their damn jobs. It's like dealing with 2 year olds. I keep asking myself if Ineed to cater to male stupidity I'm surrounded by or stand by the person I hired to maintain control over this mess. Guess I already know the answer and I think she'll be here for a very long time.
