A TOP 3 Movies ?! To hard!!

Well, I was tagged by @ainoa for my Top 3 movies last week ( I'm sorry for my late my dear Portuguese Princess ... I have no excuse, I just forgot! ^^)

1. "The Killer" released in 1989 and "Hard Boiled" ("A Toute Epreuve" is the french title) released in 1992

I put on the same line two films that were directed by John Woo. Both films are for me true masterpiece of staging. The visual narrative is just amazing and I think the way to film some scenes is not the same today thanks to John Woo! Many have tried to imitate John Woo but few have the 1/4 of his talent! ^^

I think "The Killer" is to date the film that I've seen the most times in my life.

2. Two comic book movies : "The Dark Knight" by Christopher Nolan in 2008 and Blade 2 by Guillermo Del Toro in 2002.

I'm a Batman since my birth and "The Dark Knight" is best Batman film for me at this moment. The story and the acting touch the sky of the perfection! I can't wait to see the Batman film solo with Ben Affleck.

Blade 2 by Guillermo Del Toro (before Blade 1 by Stephen Norrington) because in to make this film Guillermo Del Toro had the freedom to use all the influences of geek culture. A touch of horror movie(the scenes in the nightclub and sewers against the reapers), a touch of japanese animation(for the fight scene, especially the last scene!), a touch of Shakespearean drama (I'm not kidding, look at the conflictual relationship between the character of Nomak, his father and his sister). It is also the first film "Marvel" is completely uninhibited, I said that to the people who say: "Great, Deadpool is the first Marvel film to be rated PG-17!" lloool)

3. Ninja Scroll (1993) by Yoshiaki Kawajiri.

Because I wanted an animated film in my top and This film was a big slap in the face for me the first time I saw him. It's been 20 years. But when I was little animated films was always kind, always mlignons always innocuous as the works of Disney. "Ninja Scroll" was dark, visceral, violent, majestic and definitly not for children! :-) Yoshiaki Kawajiri is my genius, it is imperative that you look his trilogy of science fiction: "Cyber City Oedo 808".
