I got another tattoo yesterday. I've been wanting to get it for a while, but I was stumped on designing the framework for the piece. I did the lettering, but got bogged way down on trying to make a simple but strong border for it, so I asked my tattoo artist to design something for it. Our collaboration really paid off I think I love my new piece, its everything Ive been wanting for a long time now. He liked it so much, he wants me to come back in next month when they have a photographer in to get some good shots of it. Here's some pictures I took this morning of it, not the greatest since I had to pull off the 'mirror' trick to show it:




The text is a bit hard to read at the angles I took it, plus its reversed in the mirror so here it is:
"Yea though I walk through the valley of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me."

I'm happy, but I'm not finished yet either I've already started sketching two stained glass arch-windows I want to put underneath it. I'm thinking one will be St George, and the other of Michael. But this can all change, Im going to look through the Saints and angels again to see if any other figures really strike me.
