So how much money is spent on flowers and chocolate worldwide on this day???........


If we took even a portion of that money and divided it up right, we could feed multiple thousands of people who actually need food a whole lot more than we need flowers and chocolate....

So I called in sick to work today and slept 10 hours. It felt great!!!! Screw work! Why can't money just grow on trees...?

I need to find a job doing something I want instead of the first thing that comes around....

I wish I could call in on Mondays... but I am the only one who opens on Mondays... and I have to do payroll for everyone by 12noon on Mondays. Otherwise they/I don't get paid. frown

I'll be interviewing people closer to opening date and ill let you know when that will be.

It will be a fairly small operation (probably myself and 3 employees)

We will be making desserts and pastries (cakes, cookies, breads, croissants, etc).

I will want everyone to know how to do everything required in the shop. Everyone will know how to and be expected to do everything from bake and decorate to washing dishes.

I am a fun person to work for as long as everything gets done.

We'll talk more once it gets closer to hiring time
