Going back to the shrink today, and none too soon. The stress from being back in school is building up and wearing me down. So far I have been hanging in there fairly well, but I missed class today and this is only the second week... There's no point in beating myself up over it though, I suppose. I wouldn't have slept in if I hadn't needed to. My mind is fuzzy and I just want to go back to sleep.
