Today I lost my hero, best friend and biggest fan.

You’ve gone where I can’t follow and now I’m utterly lost without you.

My heart is completely broken and all I want is to hear your laugh after we’ve called each other names and been silly together.

You took me in when no one else wanted me, you me taught me how to be kind but also stick up for myself. The lessons both you and granddad have taught me will forever stay with me and they have moulded me into who I am today and for that I’m so thankful.

I’ll miss your quirky ways and your wicked sense of humour, but most of all I’ll miss the truly special bond we had.
