Giving the current situation that is going on the world, how is everybody holding up. I know SG encompasses many different countries and continents, and I know some were hit harder than others, so how is everybody holding up. Where I live, which is the Northeast United States. I live in the State Of Connecticut. They've already closed down most non-essential stores, and only keeping...

I am fine. it slowly getting worser in my place but not as worse as in France or Germany yet. Isolation are more strickt here. I spend a time for sleeping more, doing content for my social media and paid websites and chill with my cats. We will get over this and I hope you are safe!
noiserocker1:
@avrora Well, I'm glad you're staying safe and indoors. And spending time with your social media and paid websites. I am staying safe. Thanks for asking. We definitely will get over this. Hopefully, sooner than later.

Well, we all know how this worldwide pandemic is messing things up everywhere. I live in the Northeast United States and I work in a Whole Foods. We've stayed open through all this stuff. It's been really messing with my anxiety, having it pinned to a 9 or 10. Today, I had a woman customer wearing a mask and rubber gloves cough while I was...

Here is my article on Human Impact a new noise rock band featuring ex-members of Unsane, Swans and Cop Shoot Cop. Killer stuff. Also, hope everybody is as well as they can be given the current pandemic going on. I'll write more about that another time. Enjoy.

I had the last three days off from work. I had a great time, going to the movies, hanging with friends and seeing some cool bands on Sunday. I come back to work. (I work in a Whole Foods.) I was fed up with it within an hour and half into my shift. The customers were nuts. A car almost backed into me, while I...

Thanks. The days off were pretty great. Needed a little break and I rarely use my Paid Time Off. So that was nice. The Opeth show next week should be cool, too.
chillism:
there are days that are really difficult and stressful, I understand. I work with the public and I know how it is. At least your vacation days were incredible. That's the most important! Relax your mind and be distracted. Here in Brazil it's carnival, I don't go out to the Carnival blocks and I don't even watch the parades, but I take the opportunity to rest, play video games, watch series and go out for a beer with friends. I'll be back to work soon, but I did as you did; I enjoyed my days off. hehehehe

Well, basically, I've just been busy. It's a holiday season and my "day" job, while I do the writing is at a high end grocery store (Ok..it's a Whole Foods), and it's been very busy. Ridiculously so. Plus, I had some family situations to deal with. My mom had knee replacement surgery last week, but is healing up fine and should be home soon. (Did...

I wish a good recovery to your mother, and I hope you have a good Holiday, despite your seasonal depression.
noiserocker1:
@felicity Thank You very much. My mom is actually coming home from the rehab facility earlier than expected, so she will be around for Christmas. I also had a good day at work, so that helped.
