So far, the new year hasn't been that great to me. I spent the last few days of the previous year and the first week of the new year laid up with an upper respiratory tract infection. I missed a week of work. Then I had a really bad anxiety attack a few weeks later at work and ended up in the ER. Physically, I'm fine. It's just these panic attacks, which I'm learning to deal with. But I will get through it. Might have a long, tough road in front of me. But I'm not giving up.

Some good things. I've kept up with the writing despite all that has been going on. I added cardio to my yoga workout and started eating healthier so I'm in physically better shape.
