driving home in the rain tonight and then standing outside just listening to it fall, I havent felt more serene in along time. There was no one else on the road and the rain just seemed so reinvigorating. I think I might have had an existential moment. Those few minutes between the theater and the front door just really made my day complete. I guess the simple things really are the ones that bring joy in.
