I went to the denist yesterday. It's been a long time since I went to the dentist. Embarrassingly so. I need a crown and a couple of fillings, but other than that my dentist said that it looks like everything is a ok. He says it looks like I keep my teeth clean, and I'm assuming my gums are ok since he didn't say anything. I had my teeth polished, which I think is one of the worst experiences ever. Blech.
Then I went to the gym for the first time in a long time yesterday night. It was packed. I hate packed gyms. Gross.
