I need some cheering up.

Chocolates are good, flowers are better, stuff from my wishlist might just get you laid.

It's nothing too tragic. We dropped my mom off at the airport this morning. Always gets me a little down. That plus some other stuff, concerning things I want for my life and my relationships.

My mom and I decided that we needed to go to Paris on our own. Just a girls trip. I don't know when, but I hope sooner rather than later. I need more traveling in my life. I would give anything to just be able to up and take a year sabbatical traveling. Maybe I should use the money that I planned on making for that secret thing I needed it for, and go traveling instead.

On a much lighter, happier note I got my nails done yeseterday and afterwards wandered into the most glorious little gift boutique. It's called Wink SF. My mom bought me this little heart throbber key chain thingy that's made from one continuous piece of string and an aquapet. She also bought the boy a tshirt that had a tofu robot on it, for cutting her hair. Super cute. The shirt and her haircut. They had these cute little tote bags made by angry little girl. My favorites were:





But all of them are pretty cute. They also had this really cool rug there, and I forget the name of the company so I'll have to call. But it's made out of vinyl, but looks kinda like a shag carpet. Which is cool because you can use it indoor or out. They're awesome.
