Christmas is not over until I recieve all of my gifts. I refuse to take the tree down until then.
My mom's present that she sent me and the boy seems to have gotten lost in the mail.
cry. My fingers are crossed and I'm hoping that it's just sitting in the post office in NY forgotten about and that someone will see it and send it on it's way. I won't be mad it's late, post office people, I promise. Just as long as it gets sent. I didn't get a single card or gift from any of my other family, so this was just the icing on the top of a really dry and flavorless cake.
So, I'm in denial. Christmas is not over until I recieve all of my gifts. I refuse to take the tree down until then.

PS: Other than that, my holiday was a good one. My family was missed terribly, but I still had a good time. Lots of booze helps that. Champagne, peppermint vodka, regular vodka, kaluah, scotch, wine, beer, and bourbon. How I was standing by the end (in 7" platform heels no less) was beyond me. We still have tons of leftover food so I'm thowing a tea and dessert party to help get rid of it all. It's on Thursday. If you'd like to come email me.
