It has been too long.
I have a pint of haagen-dazs chocolate in front of me, and I can't eat it without some form of sledgehammer, or perhaps a jackhammer. Some sort of hammer, anyhow.
Things that have changed since last we spoke: My hair grew a little, and was chopped off, a little. I got a job, lost a job, and then got a job -- none of which I love, but one of which I quite like. I drove to Cleveland to see the Chili Peppers (and would do it again.) I decided that starving for your art is easier if the art in question is 'pay-what-you-can.' I have moved into, and out of three apartments. I have watched every episode of 'Firefly.' Twice. I have rediscovered the joy that is the Violent Femmes. I have completely used up a bic pen. (I don't know about the rest of you, but for me, that's kind of rare -- usually they go missing, or get broken before they're used up.)

that haagen daz chocolate sounds tasty, but i have to stay true to my love, h.d. strawberry. now there's some ice-creamy goodness.
and yes, i've had a bic pen run out on me. not pleasant.
