I had a really fun weekend. Friday night my nephew and I went down to Santa Ana to see Stolen Babies. They were playing with a strange little band called RoMak and the Space Pirates and Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum. Stolen Babies were amazing as always and afterward we got to meet the band. They were all really cool and we hung out for a couple of hours. Their singer, Dominique, is really sweet and I ended up taking a picture with her, but forgot to save it on my phone I also hung out with RoMak who was a really cool guy as well. Oh, and I met a transvestite. She was really nice too.

Saturday I went out and picked up the new Korn album and 300 Special Edition. I didn't really know what to make of the new Korn. It's a lot different from their other stuff, but it's growing on me. It kind of reminds me of the music Jonathan did for the Queen of the Damned film. That night I went out with d_day and FiendClub and a bunch of other people to celebrate my new comic book job. Ended up getting a lot more drunk than I had planned, so I had to sleep in my car for a while. Made it home around 6AM and crashed out again.

Sunday afternoon I went up to the mountains and went to a life drawing session that I go to every other week. I was still kind of tired so my drawing was a bit off, but I did okay. I didn't do much else the rest of the day and that was about it. I had fun and I really needed it. So now I'm going to have to jump back into a busy schedule and right now I'm late for work so I have to go. See ya suckers......
