Thank you guys for your advice. She went to work today and she said they dismissed him as soon as she got there and there weren't any problems. She's not sure if they are just going to keep him on a separate shift, or if they fired him. She hasn't directly asked me to get involved so I'm just going to support her decision in this. At least for now. She doesn't usually take shit from guys. She's had a lot of experience with dealing with assholes like that and she can usually handle herself pretty well. So hopefully that's going to be it. Thanks again.....
